Step 1: Consultation & Estimate
First we have a brief phone conversation with you so that we can be prepared during our first meeting. We’ll ask you a few questions before we schedule your free on-site estimate meeting. Your project coordinator will meet with you to discuss your needs, wants and go over any ideas you have.
Once all of the preliminary project specifications have been established, your project coordinator will present you with an estimate. We may also suggest some alternatives that would add value to your home or would better fit your budget.
Step 2: Project Planning & Contract
You’ll receive an itemized list of your project and a preliminary agreement. Upon approval we will draw up a contract and request $1,000 down payment or 10% whichever is less. (an industry standard) . If architectural or design services are required, we will coordinate those for you.
Project Construction & Completion
When hiring B&R, we assign a jobsite manager for each job so your project gets the special attention it deserves and you don’t have to do any work . You will have a point person to go to with any questions you might have.
