We had B & R Construction remodel our kitchen early last year.  The project was a complete demo, removal of a load-bearing wall and then a brand-spanking new kitchen installed.  Eli oversaw the project and made sure that all the permits and inspections were taken care of.  Manny, our foreman, ensured that the job was done well and on-time.  He also was patient enough to answer all of my questions (too much time watching HGTV!) and addressing any issues that I raised.  When a surprise downpour hit on a holiday weekend, he called and then came to check that everything was ok.

During the installation we discovered some problems in our floor and walls such as dry rod and a pipe that had been leaking for a long time. Even though they could have charged us an arm and a leg they just took care of it and that was it.
