We were on a budget, and under a strict time line. Bradco and B&R Construction was able to provide us with a beautiful kitchen, within our price range, and a speed that all of our friends said could not be done. Thanks Mike and Eli for a job well done.
You know, with all of my bad experiences with contractors in Los Angeles. Eli and his B&R Team are a breath of Fresh air. I was so anxious and nervous to get started with my project that I got 7 different bids from 7 different contractors. To simply put it, these guys had the best vibes and they followed through on my intuition. Job well done.
These guys are Communication experts. I made it clear before I signed home remodeling contract that communication and honesty are two of my biggest fears of Contractors. I guess did not sign a contract with the average contractor. B&R Construction kept me in the loop with everything that was going on in my home. They were quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and even better.. WE STAYED WITHIN MY BUDGET!!!
Great Job to the whole B&R Team, You Deserve It!
We had B & R Construction remodel our kitchen early last year. The project was a complete demo, removal of a load-bearing wall and then a brand-spanking new kitchen installed. Eli oversaw the project and made sure that all the permits and inspections were taken care of. Manny, our foreman, ensured that the job was done well and on-time. He also was patient enough to answer all of my questions (too much time watching HGTV!) and addressing any issues that I raised. When a surprise downpour hit on a holiday weekend, he called and then came to check that everything was ok.
The project was completed according to schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. The work area was left in a tidy state each day, which was much appreciated given that we were living in the back of the house at the time.
We’re extremely glad that we worked with both BradCo Kitchens and B & R Construction to take care of upgrading such an important part of our home.
B&R did our Kitchen remodel recently and we are sooo pleased with everything. We got the cabinetry from another outfit BRADCO Kitchens and they recommended B & R Construction. At first we thought that the install price for the cabinets was a little to much but once we checked out their references we went with them and we are not sorry. Charlie was our project manager and he worked closely together with Ana our Bradco designer. They where a great team. During the installation we discovered some problems in our floor and walls such as dry rod and a pipe that had been leaking for a long time. Even though they could have charged us an arm and a leg they just took care of it and that was it. Now I know what it means “We do not have enough money to buy cheap” They are honest people that deliver what they promise.
I bought my kitchen cabinets from Bradco kitchens and had them installed by their in house contractors B & R Construction. Eli was our project supervisor and I must say they are a truly superior outfit. Not only did they install the cabinetry countertop and flooring, they also took care of some structural problems we had in the foundation. They worked hand in hand with the kitchen designer from Bradco, Martin, Eli was as pleasant and professional as it gets. They even supplied us with hand made tiles for our backsplash which we could design together with Eli. Everything comes out the way they describe it. I hope we will remodel something soon again so we will use them again. Well done B&R, special thanks to Eli and his crew.
B&R Construction is teaming up with Habitat for Humanity for a good cause. It’s a project called ReStore that’s focused in the Los Angeles area and provides local communities with low-cost improvement materials for buildings and homes.
By compiling new, used, discontinued, or surplus materials, ReStore sells these donated items at reduced prices to the public. Proceeds made support Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles’ commitment to building and remodeling homes in collaboration with low-income families and individuals.
If you are wondering how these items are picked up, trucks are sent out daily to pick up resources you want to donate. You can arrange it by calling 866-SHOP-HFH, and all of your donations are tax-deductible.
